College was sanctioned as per the Proceedings G.O.Ms.No.51., Dated : 8th June, 2011. and started in 2011 year at government Junior College, Pathapatnam. It had been running at the college up to 2014. Then new
Building worth of I crore was sanctioned having six rooms was sanctioned by ITDA where B.A and B.com Classes had been held. Mean while same classes had been gone at AP Model School. In 2014 Under RUSA 1.0 Scheme 12 Crores were sanctioned for Main building and two hostels for boys and Girls. The Additional rooms and laboratories were constructed under 1.0 RUSA funds The building was occupied in 2020. Office and principal chamber shifted to new building in 2020.
